Ouch. Don't use the same file as the lock file and as the cache. The
+existence+ of the file message-id.lck causes Procmail to stall until
the file goes away (losing your cache of message-id:s) either because
you remove it, or because Procmail determines it's so old it has to be
a stale lock.
