Running as user...??

procmail

Running as user...??

It appears that procmail at times wants to run as user 998.  I have some vague
recollection of what the significance of this is, or perhaps procmail is unable 
to
setuid properly.

Anyway, does anyone know why at times procmail wants to run as user # 998?
