I'm tweaking my Chinese-language-spam filter. It's catching the
ascii characters between 160 and 255. However, it's not logging
anything in the range from 128 to 159. Doesn't BIG-5 use characters
in that range, or did my transfer from Windows to linux screw up
something? vim shows the 32 characters as ~A,~B,~C, etc. Is there
a "symbolic" way to enter those codes in procmail? And what's the
"vi" (actually, vim) method for characters in that range?
