vim entry (was Ascii codes 128..159 in procmail and/or vi?)

I don't think vanilla vi can do it, but in vim you can
enter any character as control-V followed by the decimal value.

I decided this isn't TOTALLY off-topic since one has to prepare
these recipes somehow  :-)
