Autoresponder recipe to send followup reply 9 days later

I've been struggling with procmail and have it working nicely for
autoresponders. (RedHat Linux 6.1)

I'm trying to create a recipe that will send a response immediately, and
then send a followup response 9 days later, possible a second followup 18
days later.

Has anyone created such a recipe and could you possibly share it?
