compiling for OSF1

Hello,

I would like to compile procmail 3.14 for OSF1 but the comments
in the Makefile are not very hepful. For instance what is the set
of all available keywords for the ARCHITECTURE directives in the Makefile?
A few extra comments in the Makefile would be quite helpful.
