Mail Filtering Question

I have a bunch of basic mail filters setup that look like this:

However, we all know that some messages that come in from Bulk Mailers
come in without a TO: field in them, and instead the message is recieved
with a "For" in the header somewhere.

Since more and more bulk mailers are being used for signups such as
bulletins from StockWatch, CNN, or whatever, people aren't getting their
mail that they should be getting.

Is there a premade recipe out there somewhere that will filter all
messages coming in, including those coming from these bulk mailers?
