Moved to 3.14 and now have problems with redirects

I have some simple redirects setup like:

* ^TOinfo(_at_)mgroup(_dot_)org
{
  :0 c
  ! jtate(_at_)cgocable(_dot_)net
}
 

When it runs I get this error:
procmail: Extraneous filter-flag ignored
procmail: No match on

What's wrong with that recipe?  I've been using it for 2 years now.

I understand the No match on --that meant the email coming through didn't
match that recipe.  Whats the Extraneous filter-flag?
