Save attachment

Could some one be so kind and tell me how I can save attachment from procmail
with out using a perl script, I can find out where the attachment start cause I 
know the file name ... but how do I extract it to a file ?
and also is it possible to compare two variables in procmail ?? and make it 
work like a filter ?
