Hello,

I have been reading the archive of the mail list, trying to figure out how
to enable HTML (multipart/alternative) email. I've seen _A_LOT_ of posts
that discuss how to strip it, bounce it, kill it, or remove it... but not

 That's because it's a bloody bandwidth-wasting nuisance, and is usually a
sign that some ppl are too clueless to configure their email client properly.
That some MUA's, if you might call them that, are configured to send html
by default is not really helpful ...

much along the lines of allowing it. Can someone please tell me if procmail
has the ability to handle mail of this type, and if so, how would I enable
it?

Procmail doesn't care about the contents of email. It's job is to deliver
email, subject to the rules you define, filter or no. To procmail, all
 emails are equal :)

I am using procmail v3.10 on Redhat 6.0, with Qmail as the mailer calling
procmail.

This version is *very* old. You want to upgrade to at least the current
release version, 3.14, or even 3.15pre, in case you're using maildir.
