If the sending MUA follows the standards (since we're talking about a M$
product here that isn't necessarily a valid assumption, but Outlook
seems to get at least this part right), the alternatives will be ordered
from most basic (i.e. text/plain) to the one which most faithfully
represents the original (text/html in this case). So the HTML version
should be at the end.
