sendmail can be setup so that it only allows
certain processes to start.  if your admins
have configured sendmail in such a way and 
your process isn't among the allowed ones
it can spawn, you are out of luck.  you could
talk to your admin about having it installed 
in that case though.

not work. When I looked up the procmail documentation, the procmail files

correctly without 's' permission.
