Add some text to to body of each eMail before forwarding - please help m

Hello
The half of the problem is solved.
I am using the following script, but it add only the text to emails which
are blank text not rich-text ore html.

:0
* ^TO_*group

    {
  :0 fbw
| cat - ; \
  echo "
############################################################"; \
  echo "        ###               HERE SHOULD BE SOME INFORMATION
###"; \
  echo "
############################################################";
    }


What must I do to add this message to all kind of mail for the specified
group of user

Ps: is it possible to select this message from a database, i.e. mysql or
something like that
