linux to windoze :&<

It looks like here @ work I'm going to have to give up being the only
linux bastion & start using w2k on my pc (waaahaaa!!!) :#{.

Is there a procmail-like system I can still use? Or (OT) is there a
mua (ie, netscape, anything) that'll give me _some_ ability to sort
messages into appropriate folders?
