Argh...

Sorry folks... I'm getting back into procmail after a long absence, and find
that my brain is very filled with cob webs.

how do I do the equivalent of

        if [ "$VARIABLE" = "no"]; then


in procmailrc?

I searched the archive but wasn't finding the right keywords or something....
