Nope, doesn't matter.

I think both is the default.... if you want to do just one then I think
you want 'fh' or 'fb' (not fw)

I'd use 'fmt' I guess... and you just want to filter the body in that
case, not the headers (you don't want to break long lines there).

Yup, so ":0 fb" or ":0 fbw" is probably what's needed.
