You can't. It's not there unless the recipient explicitly chooses to
include it.

But one thing that I have at the top of my file is the following:

        FROMADR=`formail -XFrom:`
        LOG="
        $FROMADR
        "

The added information and increased readability of the logfiles is
WONDERFUL! And it provides what I *THINK* you are asking for.
