No sooner said that done. I had one of these today. Spam, of course, but
it makes a nice addition to my set of test messages. This one has no
mixed/alternative content. Just a Content-Type: text/html; charset=us-ascii
in the header. Now this will be interesting to reduce to a text/plain
equivalent.
