Either way, the fact that this user is looking for procmail in /usr/bin
instead of /usr/local/bin indicates to me that we're probably dealing with a
Linux system here. In which case, the user would do well to read Era's
mini-FAQ, specifically "What goes in your .forward file"
I haven't seen that one. I've gone by Timo Salming so far. Here's my
.forward, fwiw (Debian/Gnu Linux):

And I have /usr/bin/procmail. It sounds like he's on AIX though?
