It's ok to delete the folder and touc it. This "message" just contains the
state of the contents of the folder. Since you moved the contents around from
outside the UW-IMAP process, it's state information is invalid anyway. It will
be re-created the first time your clients add messages to the new "Sent
Messages" folder.
