Need help to filter bounces...

I'm trying to filter a specific mail daemon message on 
my system. I'm using TMDA to decrease spam. TMDA sends
a message, to give "real" people the opportunity to 
respond if they want me to receive their message -- but
false addresses bounce.

I would like to filter them to a special folder, and
then probably to /dev/null.

Here is my first attempt which doesn't seem to be working.
