I concur with Martin that this is probably outputting _nothing_, not merely
overwriting the file. If you manually create the ALLSENDERS file and then
run this, what happens - does the file get set to 0 length, or does it
simply not grow?
FTR, I put this in my sandbox and threw a bunch of messages at it, and it
seemed to so what you're trying to accomplish.
