The context was
provided with my original message, and the specific statement in
question is (in reference to the 1^0):

mail delivery problem on yahoo;  today i received your original
message.  but i did find that message in the archive yesterday.

for once, i tried to reply first on this mailing list, but was not
quite correct.  that will teach me a lesson to keep my finger away
from keyboard.
