I use fetchmail, postfix and procmail to handle incoming and outgoing mail
and, after some playing around, all works very well together. I also run
UW-IMAP which provides both POP3 and IMAP over my local network enabling me
to read my mail on a W2K box via Outlook Express.

Hi all,
Firstly, if I'm using pop (which is delivered to /var/spool/mail/nick)
is it too later to filter at that point? I use mutt as my client and
someone on the list thought it was too late once in the spoolfile.
If so, what is the simplest pop-grabber? Fetch-mail?
Much thanks!
