Sanil,
You need to provide yourself with a compiler. The script
/usr/ucb/cc is telling you that you don't have Sun's compiler.
http://gcc.gnu.org/install/binaries.html leads you to a
pre-compiled gcc for your needs, by the look of it.
You'll also need to set CC=gcc . I haven't gone the source
path with procmail, but it may suffice to set it in the environment
prior to running configure. Read all the READMEs and INSTALLATION
gumpf. That never does any harm.
