requeue that mail file so all the messages are reprocessed and sent to a

Here's how I would do it:
- login as user
- start mutt
- tag all messages
- tag-bounce (= bounce all tagged messages) to new address
Interactive, but very fast and efficient. Of course, if you want to do this
for more than one user at a time, you'd look for a scriptable solution.
