1. The MTA has to do it. The LDA and the MUA won't even know the information
unless the MTA is configured to pass it to them (and usually it isn't). How
to do it depends on the particular MTA.
2. Procmail is not an MUA. The MUA is something else (which I don't want to
get into explaining).
