I just received this email from my ISP re: procmail
we are looking at using Cyrus as a pop/imap based service. And switching
to something like Sieve. For the short term, things will still work. But
for the longer term, we will need to move off of procmail
Or move to another ISP. It is possible to use Procmail to deliver
to Cyrus IMAP mailboxes. Panix users do it and it's discussed
here
<http://www.panix.com/help/mail.imap.html>
A general discussion about this is here

Another alternative is to switch to Sieve, which is especially
useful if you use Mulberry, a great and powerful IMAP client.
