Just do either of these (in addition to using an X-Loop: header):
1. Specify the forwardee's address on $SENDMAIL's command line instead of
using the -t option; or
2. Use formail -I (or perhaps better, since it would keep the old information
available for reference, formail -i) To: and -I (or -i) Cc: to remove (or
defuse) the original addressee headers and keep them out of
$SENDMAIL -t's way.
