Right -- that is exactly what happens. If the To header has multiple
recipients, the first recipient in the list gets multiple emails.
The others get nothing. It seems in this case procmail's behavior
is non-intuitive, or (more likely) I really haven't got a clue how
it works. The recipes are all fine individually.
