Hello,
Now, my /etc/procmailrc is like the following:
DROPPRIVS=yes
:0fw
* < 256000
| spamassassin
:0:
* ^X-Spam-Level: \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*
almost-certainly-spam
:0:
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
probably-spam
:0 H
* ! ^From[ ]
* ^rom[ ]
{
LOG="*** Dropped F off From_ header! Fixing up. "
:0 fhw
| sed -e 's/^rom /From /'
}
How can I know the Spamassassin is up and running and do what I want to protect
against spam? Thank you so much for your assistance.

This really belongs on the SpamAssassin list, but if you look at the
README file, it should tell you. If you cannot find it there, go to the
Spamassassin website, and detailed instructions (which are very easy to
cut and paste into procmail), are on their site.
