How/what can I do/configure to make SpamAssassin to be up and
running in my server because I do not know how to configure
it? And besides I am new to SpamAssassin. Thank you so much
for your assistance.

Er...have you read the instructions that come with SpamAssassin?
Try http://www.spamassassin.org/dist/INSTALL
It really is very easy to set it up to work with procmail (if I can do
it, anyone can)
