It seems these base64 encoded messages the pond scum are sending
can
be trapped base on the headers, no need to decode. I've not had any
false positives.
Your last remark is a different kettle of fish from that discussed in
the
URL you offer.
if you read the thread it gives the solution iuse, which is simialr to
yours.
You're welcome for my having bothered.
Oh, and: excuse me? You offered a link, and I read the page pointed to.
It was of a list member asking a question. If you wanted to offer the
solution, well, why didn't you offer a link to the solution elsewhere
in the thread? I didn't know your link to a post was supposed to
elicit in me the desire to read the entire thread surrounding it. I
would have expected you to quote (link to) the meat, not the fluff.
Please don't cc me as well as reply to thie list.
Fine, but maybe you should say so in your .sig for list posts, then,
if it bothers you. Those I know of on the list whom it bothers either
say so in a .sig or take some other measure (e.g., Sean's Reply-To:)
to keep their preferences intact. Personally, I vastly *prefer*
cc's that answer posts I make directly to the list. The community
is split pretty solidly on this issue, so don't imply that it's some
faux pas not to know your preferences by osmosis.
Happy New Year.
