Recursive INCLUDERCs ... yes, just where *did* they get that idea? I wonder.

Actually, now that SWITCHRC has been implemented, it might be better to use a
circular INCLUDERC (the main rcfile calls it as an INCLUDERC but it sends
execution back to itself as a SWITCHRC) rather than a recursive one, so that
you don't keep opening file descriptors and make procmail exit and lose the
message if you hit the kernel's limit on the number of descriptors a process
may have open at once.
