Basically that's it; but there are of course always strange things that might
be going on locally so that this isn't true:
1. If there is a .forward, then use it and stop happily.
2. Deliver the e-mail the usual way.
"The usual way" just happens to be via Procmail, which just happens to allow
those with access to /etc/procmailrc and users influence things a lil bit. =)
