mailstat v0.8 is there

Hi all together,
Finally 0.8 is out there. 

Here is the ChangeLog:

 - parv <parv_fm at emailgroups dot net>:
        - in usage(), instead of using many print() functions, mailstat
          uses "HERE document".
        - code for checking start & end dates is combined in one easy to
          use sub named check_time().
   Thanks parv!
 - Implemented the use of long options. Use "--help" for more info.

And the never ending mantra: Gimme Feedback, please.
