some more info....

the senerio is
on the live mailserver, I am sending
i have this rules/recipe set for each user
.forward
        "|IFS=' ' && exec /usr/local/bin/procmail -f- || exit 75 #user"

.procmailrc
        :0 c
        !u998(_at_)172(_dot_)18(_dot_)1(_dot_)9

        :0 Wh: msgid.lock
        | formail -D 8192 msgid.cache

ON THE TEST MACHINE

I have the following line in the postfix main.cf
       mailbox_command = /usr/local/bin/procmail -t -o -d $LOGNAME

in the default procmailrc I have the following rules/recipe set
        :0fw: spamassassin.lock
        | /usr/local/bin/spamassassin
        :0:
        * ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
        /var/mail/u998

this way the user u998 gets all mails and any mail marked by SpamAssassin is also there...

below you will see one of my mail headers...
I get them intermittantly..
some mails get it and some mails don't

by the way-- u998 is a big brother account that gets ALL mails..
                         seems to workk well except for this annoying message.

Thanks in advance
