Do you have a :0 on the line immediately above the * ?
You also need to have a space before the trailing \
I like to use fgrep -iqswf $HOME/whitelist
The man page of procmailrc says it doesn't support ~



It seems not to be working, as the log is reporting:

Skipped "* ? formail -x"From" -x"From:" -x"Sender:"\"
Skipped "   | egrep -is -f ~/Procmail.whitelist"
Skipped "basicdirectory"

I'm not sure what the basicdirectory is from, unless that's
how procmail complains about the unsupported ~


Can someone please help this beginner?
