Raven,
Procmail writes to the file, not Postfix.
Is there a file called acr.lock in your mail directory? If so, make sure
that Procmail is not in the middle of delivering a message to that mailbox
(check the date and time on the acr.lock file and wait a reasonable period
of time), then remove acr.lock.
Make sure that the alphabetic case of the filename "acr" and the rule "acr"
match exactly.
Make sure that the file permissions [-rw-------], file owner [raven] and
group owner [15] of acr are exactly identical to the other mailboxes that work.
Here is something to try:
there are probably several hundred messages in the mailbox.
go into Pine.
Create another mailbox (like acrArchive)
move a bunch of messages (~75%) from acr to acrArchive
see if Procmail is happy.
Good luck!
