I added the FEATURE(`local proc...) and recompiled the sendmail.cf

after changing to verbose I found that the maildir = $home/.....
was not set right
and the file IN-testing needed a chown and chmod 600
now its working

I havent had the chance yet but I am guessing there is a recipe to send all
mail to spamassassin from this point?
