Nonetheless, text/plain is preferred for this list. At least use
multipart/alternative with a text/plain part.
I agree 100%, but am curious if there is somewhere where this is stated in
the sign up process? If it isn't it should be, I cant remember ever seeing
such policies or guidelines for this list.
