I'm way past this stage of the iso messages.
It just seems to be gfailing to pick it up in plain ascii

If you work with pine it is much easy:
| pipe the message
^W as raw
less to the pager
Maybe you will find that the string "Vicodin" is not there!
The Subject field could be in iso-8851 for example. In the body
of the message, the string can be split by false html commands.
