Check the archives, but I don't think the bug this recipe addresses is
present in the current release of procmail.
It's still present, even in the latest releases.
BTW, Philip Guenther seems to be completely absorbed by his (no-longer-so)
new job at Sendmail, Inc., so procmail maintenance and development has
once again ground to a halt. It's probably time to seek a new person to
be the lead developer.
