You could act on the RCVD_IN_DSBL and RCVD_IN_SORBS values in
the X-Spam-Status header. (if you trust the SA-test by libranet)
Don't bother to try to contact abuse(_at_)rr(_dot_)com, they will just send
you meaningless replies and do nothing. So the Received:header
with [66.27.193.*] is also spammy.
