I previously posted:
Unless you're doing lots of system hacking or invoking it as a general
purpose mail filter from within your MTA, procmail does not filter
OUTGOING messages.
Correction: That was meant to be "MUA" (pine, mutt, etc). The system
hacking part involves your MTA config.
