It's a majordomo list; I believe it wants a "subscribe list-managers"
in the email body, with the usual confirmation process.
It's probably out there in the form of a web forum. And I don't
'do' forums. No time to be surfing the web and forums always seem
too disorganized.
I sympathize; I don't 'do' those forums either.
