As long as the default inbox is what you want, you don't need another
rule.
hopefully only spam free (rule1) and web/post/enq emails get here and are
delivered to local mailbox.
You're putting too much trust into Spamassassin. Your recipe will
lose legitimate mail, and it will deliver malicious mail, because
spamassassin produces false negatives as well as false positives.
