"Hopefully" ... On the gripping hand, no anti-spam measure is perfect
so your solution will run substantial risk of losing real mail.
Consider delivering spam to a file and checking it periodically for
false positives.
If you are implementing this system for users other than yourself,
then deleting their emails is _bad_ ... Flag the message as probable
spam and let them decide what to do with it.

I have modified the rule to dump spam into a file that the local users can
read and make decisions what to do with it. Users can decide to use the spam
file or dump it to /dev/null (manually now but ultimately via our web
portal.)
Thanks for all who replied. As you might guess i am a bit of a newbie with
procmail.
