\/ and ${MATCH} : question

Hello,
I need help about use of \ / and ${MATCH}

I receive mails from several addressees :
xxx(_at_)aaa(_dot_)test(_dot_)com
xxx(_at_)bbbb(_dot_)test(_dot_)com
xxx(_at_)cc(_dot_)test(_dot_)com
.....

Using the following recipe, i store the mails in several folders :
aaa.test.com
bbbb.test.com
cc.test.com
.....

:0
* ^From:(_dot_)*(_at_)\/.*\.test\.com
.${MATCH}/

I would like to improve this recipe to not have .test.com in the folder's name. 
My folders would be named :

aaa
bbbb
cc
.......
