Is that your entire .procmailrc? If so, the solution might be to
simply set some of the standard procmail variables. I suggest
that you read my Procmail Quick Start, which is here:
<http://www.ii.com/internet/robots/procmail/qs/>
and go through the step-by-step procedure to make sure that you
can get a very simple procmail recipe to work.
